Nadine Navarro, immigration attorney

About Nadine

Nadine came to the United States from Cuba at eleven. She started college at seventeen, earned a journalism degree at the University of Florida, and was in law school at Florida State by twenty-one. Journalism taught her how to present a story, and she uses that skill every day on the stories behind her clients' petitions.

She founded Navarro Immigration in 2017 to bring extraordinary and talented people to the United States, and has spent more than a decade in immigration law. The firm works with athletes, creators, researchers, engineers, founders, skilled professionals in every industry, and families, in English and Spanish.

On every case she sets the strategy at the strategy session, reviews the argument before anything is filed, and handles whatever USCIS sends back. Those are the three moments that decide a petition, and none of them are delegated.

What she works on

Nadine's practice is built around people whose record is stronger than they think it is.

Work with Nadine

A strategy session is where she reads your actual record, names the paths it supports, and tells you plainly if now is not the right time to file. You can also write to the firm or call (786) 734-1671.

Not sure you qualify? That's what the first conversation is for.

We'll review your record, tell you which path fits and what's missing, and say so if now isn't the right time to file.
