Nadine Navarro
Founder and attorney
Nadine founded the firm in 2017 and has spent more than a decade in immigration law. She sets the strategy on every case and handles anything USCIS sends back. A journalism degree before law school taught her how to present a story, which is most of what a talent visa petition is. She chairs AILA's Central Florida Practice Management and Professionalism Committee, and works in English and Spanish. Full biography.

Luis Bares
Chief Operating Officer
Luis runs how the firm works: the systems that track your case and the updates that reach you before you think to ask. He was Head of Customer Experience at NASA and Head of Service Design and CX at Pfizer, and now leads Law Firm Architects. Much of that approach was built and tested here first. He works in English and Spanish.

Hector Muro
Case Manager
Hector is the person most clients speak to most. He builds the evidence file with you, chases the documents nobody enjoys gathering, and answers the day-to-day questions so they do not wait for an attorney's calendar. Call, text, or WhatsApp, in English or Spanish.

Femy Johnson
Paralegal
Femy holds a law degree from India and brings a lawyer's eye to the part of a petition that decides it. She builds the detailed case outlines that map your evidence against each criterion before a word is drafted, and she leads document review and drafting. When a petition reads as though someone understood the record rather than collected it, that is usually Femy's work.
Not sure you qualify? That's what the first conversation is for.
We'll review your record, tell you which path fits and what's missing, and say so if now isn't the right time to file.
